so after almost 12 hours of work today i decided to treat myself to my special "B.L.T. a la phi" so i stopped by the grocery store and picked up a pack of black label bacon and a head of lettuce; i came home and fired up the stove and started frying the bacon, i take two pieces of white bread and throw it in the toaster oven (set to dark) and grab two more slices of white and lay them out on the plate. i spread ketchup on some bread, lay down some lettuce, lay down some bacon, grab a toasted slice threw some mayo on there, plopped it down, threw on a layer of bacon, then another toasted slice, then mayo, then lettuce, then MORE bacon, then grabbed the final untoasted slice and put a mix of mayo and ketchup and BAM i'm done making my B.L.T. (the tomato is ketchep so technically its a B.L.K.) lolz

i always tell people about this sandwich but no one ever believe me, so i grabbed the camera an snapped a couple shots to show what a heart-attack looks like on a plate! eheheh check it out:
