for your information, when you call for technical assistant for dell, sony, or what ever company, the operator you're talking to is looking at something very similar to this chart only it has different questions and answers, and they help you fix the problem by taking you through the chart. so, the tech could have no idea what the fxck they're talking about, all they do iz read a flowchart to you. thats why sometimes it takes them so long to answer you, because they're using a digital flowchart and they have to wait for it to load.

just goes to show that you donn have to kno shxt to troubleshoot over the phone if you have a dam flowchart!
