Shin Ramyun
this is my favorite way to prepare korean Shin Ramyun.

boil a small amount of water, add soup powder and dry aromatics, wait for a boil and drop in the dry ramyun. i agitate the noodles just enough until they come apart (not cooked) and remove from the soup. i plate the raw'ish noodles on a plate, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with some cilantro.
the soup is poured into a separate bowl and some black pepper is added.
my unique tradition of consuming is to take a small amount of raw ramyun roll it into a ball on the soup spoon and slightly wet it in the hot soup.

the picturez are kinda washed out huh? still tastier than ever though, sad that this waz my dinner and only thing i ate last nyte lolz.
