for those of you who dont know anything about 'free running' or 'parkour' it's a french street sport that involves running around and jumping on/off of things. i dont follow any sports but this is one that i do keep track of every now and then.

infact when i was younger i used to be able to do alot of this stuff but now that i'm older i've lost alot of it. this video i came across is quite a good montage of the stuff thats floating around the net, it's a little long but worth watching:
