Dumplings.

So here's my furst attempt at making and plating some dumplings:


so on the feature plate (left to right) kimchi, panfried pork and vegetable dumplings and finally pickled radishes.


the dumpling sauce is a lightened soy sauce with a very small hint of white pepper, sesame oil and made-from-scratch chili oil. i've garnished the sauce with a bit of roasted sesame and a very little bit of fried onion for a smokey flavor. and to end the meal i added two dry bread sticks that have been dipped in milk chocolate and crushed almonds (store bought).


so how are you liking the food posts? its a side hobby of mine, i wish i had money to experiment more though =P
